Processing time

Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping where shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays or customs processing.

International orders

We ship to many countries. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated time, please contact us with your order number and we'll help resolve it.
