Ube Daily began with one simple idea: make it easy for anyone, anywhere, to enjoy real ube every day.
Ube Daily started with a simple love for one ingredient. The first time we tasted a real ube latte — soft, sweet, nutty and impossibly purple — we wanted to make it something anyone could enjoy at home, any day of the week.
But most “ube” products we found were mixed with sugar, flavorings or food coloring, or were made from purple sweet potato instead. So we set out to make the simplest version possible: pure ube, dried and finely milled, with nothing added.
Rooted in tradition
Ube has been a beloved part of Filipino kitchens for generations, from festive ube halaya to bakery favorites. We source our ube from the Philippines and celebrate the culture that made it famous, while making it easy to use in everyday recipes around the world.
